The tradition continues…
The farris family has been involved in the provision of transportation to members of the public in sardinia for over 100 years. In 1900 great grandfather erminio began the first public transport between Sassari and Cagliari, beginning with horse and cart, later moving up to coaches.
Grandfather, Gino added a taxi service and few cars to rent to the business and my father Carlo began the car rental service in 1974, which Enrico Farris is now developing and extending.Since our inception, the Farris family business has been guided by the following belief : “one complaint is a defeat, each compliment is a victory ”.
The fact that our business is still growing, after almost 110 years suggest that our customers feel that we must be getting it right.

• If you would like to hire a car part the way though your holiday, if you would prefer not to collect from our office, alghero car hire is happy to deliver your vehicle to the door of your accomodation. we will also collect it again, when you have finished with it.
• If the hire coincides with the end of your holiday, alghero car hire will take you to the airport in your vehicle, saving you the hassle of taking the bus or the cost of a taxi.
